These terms apply when you use hyperbit.dev or play a game made by Hyperbit Studios ("Hyperbit", "we"), a Solagon company. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Your account

Our games create a player account for you. Keep it to yourself and don't use someone else's. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.

Purchases

• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and their refund rules apply.
• Virtual items (worlds, passes, cosmetics, in-game currency) are a licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.
• Cosmetic crates show the odds of each item before you open them.
• You can never pay for the ability to summon objects.

Things you make

Levels, objects and names you create stay yours. By publishing them in the game you give us a worldwide, free licence to host, show and adapt them in our games and in promoting them, and other players may play and remix them.

Don't publish anything that is illegal, hateful, sexual, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content and accounts that do.

Fair play

No cheating, exploiting bugs on purpose, automating play, or interfering with other players or our servers.

Our stuff

The games, the site, the Hyperbit name and logo belong to us. You may share screenshots and videos of our games, including in monetised videos. For anything else, ask first.

The service

We'll try hard to keep the games running, but they're provided "as is", and we may change or end features, events or a game. If we shut a game down we'll give at least 60 days' notice in the game. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm notice period.]

Liability
